He was predeceased by: his father Ralph G.. He is survived by: his wife Marcella G. Smiith; his children, Gemma R. Smith, Chrissy R. Smith, Nicole T. Evans, Wendy L. Johnson (JR), Johnny T. Plageman, Ralph Kenny Smith and Kathy A. Smith; and his siblings, Dixon Smith (Connie), Dana Smith (Pam) and Elizabeth A. Smith. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
