She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Hickman; her siblings, Larry Windle, Mike Windle, Gay Windle, Kay Windle and Donna Wright; and her brothers-in-law, Rob Pierce, Dave Hickman and Bill Dixon.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie Conkel (Kelby) of Lancaster and Dean Hickman of Nelsonville; her grandchildren, Sam Conkel of Lancaster and Maggie Conkel of Lancaster; her siblings, John Windle of The Plains, Gladys Dixon of Glouster, Barb Berghausen of Cincinnati and Debbie Johnson (Roy) of Nelsonville; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Wright of Nelsonville, Bill Hickman of Florida and Julie Pierce of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
