He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Richard Mustard, Sr. (Catherine) of Nelsonville and Steven Frederick Mustard, Sr. of Nelsonville; and his grandchildren, John Russell, Jeffrey R. Mustard, Jr., Clara Ellen Mustard, Megan Russell, Samantha Kay Mustard, Hannah Della Mustard, Steven Frederick Mustard, Jr., Justin Oscar Troy Mustard, Michael Angelo Ortega and Gabriel James Ortega.
