He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Wesley; and his sister Beverly Carr. He is survived by: his parent Clistia Jane Pack Denney; his sons, Brad Varney of Somerset, Scott W. Denney of Sabina, Steve M. Denney of Baltimore and Shawn Denney of Gahanna; and his siblings, Charles "Butch" Denney of Lancaster, Ronnie Denney of Columbus, Sandra K. Pyett (Chuck) and Shari M. Mash (Jesse).
