He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Coffey. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Coffey (Marstiller); his wife Sherry Coffey (Conley); his children, Sarah Forson (Chris) of Ardmore, Michelle Roberts (Kevin) of Pomeroy, Jamie McCoy (Josh) of Columbus and Katrina Garnes (Mike) of Allensville; his grandchildren, Emily, Devin, McKenzie, Ashlynn, Braylin, Liam, Braylee and Kaiden; and his siblings, Sam Coffey of Nelsonville and Anna Hembree (Stephen) of Nelsonville.

Donations can be made in memory of Mark to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
