With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mardell Campbell of Nelsonville, Ohio, born in Buchtel, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2023 at the age of 98. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mardell Campbell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hillyer and Beatrice Hillyer (Phillips); her husband John Campbell; her son John Nicholas "Nick" Campbell; and her siblings, Patricia Wagoner, Howard Hillyer, Harold Hillyer and Jack Hillyer.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Campbell of Bakersfield and Douglas Campbell (Nancy) of Powell; and her grandchildren, Christine Campbell of Powell, Gregory Campbell of Powell, Joseph Campbell (Stephanie) of Maricopa and Karla Daniels (Tyler) of West Jefferson. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
