She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Monk and Lettie Mae Keck Phillips; and her daughter Gina Monk. She is survived by: her husband Michael G. McGuire; her children, Deana Wolf (Scott) of Logan, Jennifer Moore (Carl) of Doanville, Robert Davis (Summer Giles) of Athens, Misty Lehman (Jeff) of Nelsonville, Mary Ann McGuire of Ohio and Morticia McGuire of Missouri; and her siblings, Terry Monk (June) of Nelsonville, Gerry Phillips of The Plains and Lora Handley (Jeff) of Nelsonville. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in memory of Loretta to the Alzheimer's Association, 1379 Dublin Rd., Columbus, Ohio 43215.
