She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and JoAnne Allen Lewis; her husband Barry Carder; and her sister Debbie Richards. She is survived by: her stepson Craig Carder of Toledo; and her siblings, Ed Lewis of Stewart, John Lewis of Bartlett, Mary Lewis of Amesville and Joyce Lewis of Amesville. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
