She is survived by: her mother Shirley James Bourliea of Bay Springs; her husband Ricky Dale Carter; her children, Melissa Pippin (Anthony) of Logan, Lisa Carter (Pat Pidock) of Nelsonville, Jamie Carter of Nelsonville, Kimberly Carter of Nelsonville, Brandie Carter of Nelsonville, Savannah Carter of Nelsonville, Bradley Carter of Nelsonville, Andrew Carter of Nelsonville and Randy Carter of Bay Springs, Mississippi; her mother-in-law Linda Bruner (Carl) of Stanford, Kentucky; and her siblings, Harvey James of Bay Springs, Mississippi, Paul Bourliea of Bay Springs, Mississippi, Rebecca Bourliea of Bay Springs and Susan Parker of Mississippi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
