He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Curtis and Ruth M. Champ Kinneer; his wife Linda M. Goss Kinneer; his son Christopher Kinneer; his sister Dixie Kinneer; and his mother-in-law Lucille Goss.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Spoutz of Nelsonville and Guy D. Kinneer (Kelsey) of Logan; his grandchildren, Krystin Kinneer, Nick Spoutz, Caleb Kinneer and Cole Kinneer; his great grandchild Kynsleigh Andrews; and his siblings, Mike Kinneer (Cheryl) of Nelsonville, Joe Kinneer (Kelly) of Chillicothe and Ruth Ann Woody (Richard) of Kearney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
