He was predeceased by: his father Rex Lee Wollett. He is survived by: his mother Joan Johnson (Hallett); his sisters, Shawna Steele (Tom) and Kristie Appleman; his stepmother Mable Wollett; his niece Sydney Steele; his aunt Judi Whitmore; his cousin Jeremy Whitmore; his pet Ace; and his close friend Deacon Bill Bales. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
