He was predeceased by: his parent George Stanley Ashworth. He is survived by: his parent Margaret May Wiseman Ashworth of Nelsonville; and his brothers, Thomas Alan Ashworth (Amy) of New Albany, James Stanley Ashworth (Tamra) of Hilliard and Patrick Neal Ashworth (Lisa) of Sterling Heights. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
