With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L Pickett Sr. of Nelsonville, Ohio, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Ruth Annabelle Pickett Sr. (Wood); and his siblings, Ruth Helen Teal, Donna Gene Bruce, Frank E. Pickett Jr. and Ray A. Pickett Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Pickett; his children, James L. Pickett Jr. (Cheryl) of Nelsonville and Sharyn Bateman (Paul) of Nelsonville; and his sister Cindy Kaye Johnson of Nelsonville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
