He is survived by: his children, Frank David Hartley (Gwen) of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Kathy Sidwell (Frank) of Zanesville and Holly Klopfenstein (Mark) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Justin Kullman (Jerra), Jenny Pabst (Joshua), Carmen May (Matt), Lauren Edelen (Nicholas), Rachel Hartley, Clifford Hartley, Preston Klopfenstein and Brandon Klopfenstein; and his sister Rosalie Johnson of Canal Winchester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
