He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Warren and Mabel Warren; his wife Patricia S. Poling Warren; his son Dennis Warren; and his grandson Stevie Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Warren (Colleen) of Nelsonville, Dave Warren of Glouster, Anthony Warren of Nelsonville, Christy Spencer (Steven) of Corning and Vickie Burks of Thronville; and his sister Ricki Welch of Heath. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
