He was predeceased by: his parent Cyrus James; and his siblings, Carlos Haga and Ola Mae Harris. He is survived by: his parent Sylvia Marie Taylor Clark; his spouse Hazel Windle Clark; his daughters, Carolyn Ann Glenn of Nelsonville and Patty Sue Shutt (James) of Alabama; his siblings, Max Clark (Sharon) of Columbus and Mona Lee Lynch of Columbus; and his sister-in-law Donna Dingus (Tom) of Sunbury. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren.
