He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. and Dorothy Ellen Bell Thompson Sr.; and his sisters, Helen Householder and Norma Jean Miller. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Allen of Zanesville and Karen Thompson of New Straitsville; and his half-sister Karen Tatman of New Concord. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
