He was predeceased by: his parent Adrian W. Wade Sr.; his grandparents, Adrean, Lelah Wade, Ernest and Lenora Hudnall; his brother Michael Wade; his sister-in-law Cheryl Wade; and his nephew Eric Wade.
He is survived by: his mother Glenna Hudnell Wade of Nelsonville; his fiancée Stephanie Lerum; and his siblings, Steve Wade, Jamie Wade (Lisa), Cheri Melling (Keith), Wendy Graber (Sam) and Lavada Pidcock (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
