She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Kidder and Mildred Simmons Kidder. She is survived by: her husband Wilbur James Smith, Jr.; her children, Melody Craik of Burlington, KY, Sindy Felouzis (Jeff) of East Liverpool and James Smith of Negley; and her sister Carol Peters. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
