She was predeceased by: her parents, George Taylor and Lila Rose Taylor (Rogers); her son Herbert Duane Kelly Jr.; her grandson Daniel Paul Salmons; and her sister Georgie Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Dutch" Kelly; her daughters, Jeanette Edwards (Chester) of Negley, Brenda Miller (Alan) of Negley and Patty Webber (Ron) of Pittsfield, PA; and her grandchildren, Joy Gorby, Brenda Davis, Kellie Lembo, Patty Black, Elizabeth Westbrook, Shirley Brinker, Nicole Kaiser, Scotty Weaver, Ryan Lalley and Amanda Weber. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
