She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwayne Longanecker, Sr. and Catherine Longanecker Ulbrich; her brother Dwayne "Dewey" Longanecker, Jr.; and her grandson Richard Guy. She is survived by: her husband Henry Guy of Negley.
