She was predeceased by: her parent George Watkins; her sister Sarah Webb; and her great grandchild Austin Jacob Piper. She is survived by: her parent Louise Blythstone Watkins; her husband Roy O. Moffett, Sr.; her children, Gloria Brooks (Brian), Pamela Melott (John) of Homosassa, FL, Teresa Lester of Lisbon, Richard Moffett (Janice) of East Palestine, Roy O. Moffett, II (Martha) of Lordstown and Shelby Moffett (Melissa) of Negley; and her siblings, Shelah Kirk of Evansville, IN and Richard Watkins of Youngstown. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
