It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Bair of Negley, Ohio, born in New Waterford, Ohio, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Garrett and Tamer Lambright Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bair; her children, Ronald, Jr. Bair (Tami) of Canton, Vickie Bica (Thomas) of East Palestine and Daniel Bair (Cathy) of Austintown; her sisters, Dorothy Rankin of New Waterford, Ruth Broadbent of East Palestine, Margie Shafer of East Liverpool and Geraldine Sensanbaugher of East Palestine; and her grandchildren, Danielle Deal, Allison Bair, Matthew Bica, Jill McCullough, Nathaniel Bair and Ronnie Bair III. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
