He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Barr and Susan Rosenbaum Barr; his wife Anita Sue Barr; and his daughters, Monica Paap and Melinda Barr-Birr.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Barr and Stephanie Rupprecht; his sister Sally Sebic; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Steve Jr., Matt, Brandi, Jamie, Leigha, Ryan, Krissy, Tosha and Jeffrey. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
