He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clipse and Mary Price Clipse; his wife Debra; his grandson Dalton Lee Clipse; and his brother Anthony Clipse.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Clipse (Sabrina) of Lisbon, Brian Clipse (Tiffany) of Lisbon and Barb Drabiski of Struthers; his stepdaughter Bobbie Jo Adams (Mike Pannunzio) of New Waterford; his grandchildren, Brandan, Jordan, Sara Jo, Joey, Dani-Lynn, Taylor, Adrianne, Keith, Brianna, Brian and Zach; and his brothers, William F. Clipse of Champion, Jack W. Clipse of Mansfield and Gary M. Clipse of Kingsport, TN..
