He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collins and Peggy Collins (Odell); and his brother Robert Collins. He is survived by: his wife Christina Clemmer; his children, Jacob Clemmer of New Castle, PA, Ridge Cox of Ellwood City, PA, Branden Clemmer (Stephanie), Kia Clemmer (Ed Rogan) of Rogers and Harleigh Cox (Anthony Steele) of New Castle; and his brothers, Tim Collins of Jackson, MI, James Collins, Gary Collins and Steve Collins. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
