It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann White of Neffs, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thomas Neff and Martha E. Myers Neff; her grandson Chad R. Walls; and her siblings, Donna Marie Neff, Joseph "Duke" Neff and James Michael Neff.
She is survived by: her children, Bernell Hall, David Grant Jr., Kim Garloch (Tom), Tina Meager (Jim) and Shirella Walls (George); her siblings, Rick Neff, Ed Neff, Jackie Wright and Karen Neff; and her niece Sharon Orosz. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
