He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Blacker and Doris Blacker (Cordner); and his siblings, Bob Blacker, Dwight Blacker, Lowell Blacker, Elmore Blacker, John Blacker, Gerry Gorlitz, Jan Monnolly, Marsha Driscoll and Carolyn Conaway.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Poch Blacker of Neffs; his children, Richard Thomas Blacker Jr. and Carla Funkhouser; and his brother Harry Blacker of Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
