He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. and Barbara Yocum Sr (McVay); his wife Marjorie Yocum (Roush); his brothers, John Yocum, Robert Yocum and Thomas Yocum; and his great grandchild Lincoln Rouse.
He is survived by: his children, Twila Yocum of Sherrard, WV, Barbara Underwood of Mt Vernon, OH, Joseph L. Yocum III (Nicole) of Neffs and Shannon Hellock (Keith) of Champion, OH; his brother William Yocum; his grandchildren, Crystal Otto (David), Jennifer Coleman (Josh), Denessa Rouse (Andrew), Cory Ireland, Morgan South, Cadence Yocum, Liliana Yocum, Joseph Yocum IV and Connor Hellock; and his great grandchildren, Gabrille Otto, Gregor Coleman, Lorelai Coleman, Penelope Rouse, Aaliyah Ireland, Owen Ireland and Oliver South.
In lieu the family asks donations to be made to Ruby Memorial Hospital, 1 Medical Center Dr., Morgantown, WV 26505 in Joe's memory.
