He is survived by: his parents, Hank Horn and Cheryl Horn (Bennett); his wife Melinda Moser (Ritchie); his children, Kelsie Moser of Shadyside, Jonas Schmidt of Hannibal, OH, Nathan Ritchie of Hannibal, OH, Jay Billiter (Olivia) of Wheeling, WV and Koltan Henthorn of Neffs, Ohio.; his siblings, Jonathon Moser (Mandy), Josh Moser (Melissa), Justin Moser, Greg Horn, Jennifer Osman (Jim), Steve Horn and Dave Horn (April); and his granddaughter Khloe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
