He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Keyser and Anna Keyser (Whitchey); and his granddaughter Devron Lunsford. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Keyser (Dougherty); his daughters, Susan Bumgardner (Chester) of Warnock, OH, Elizabeth Davis (Joe) of Shadyside, OH, Melissa Cork of Moundsville, WV and Joyce Lunsford (Steve) of Shadyside, OH; his grandchildren, Charles Robbins Jr., Anthony Robbins, Justin Lunsford, Jessica Cork, Adam Davis and Emily Davis; and his stepchildren, Dennis Klages of Montana, Kelli Hazlett of Dallas, WV, Carol Richey of Neffs and Ron Klages of Dallas, WV. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
