He is survived by: his parents, Charlotte Rogers (Aaron) and Fred Motz; his siblings, Steven Walls (Brittany), Jessica Simons (Greg) and Andrew Rogers; his aunt Cindy Elkins (Gerald); his nephew Logan Simons; his cousins, Donna and Gerald; his girlfriend Lee Carney; and his sons, Michael and Dylan.
