He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marie M. Justice of Massillon and John E. Justice Jr.; his children, Stephanie Toland (Dan), Marie Dotson, Annita and Nathanael (Jessica); and his brothers, John III, Roger and Douglas. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren.
