He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Koehler and Rebecca Koehler (Stark); and his siblings, Patricia Crites, Harold "Joe" Koehler, Dale Koehler, Evan "Lynn" Koehler, Russell "Buddy" Koehler and Kenneth Koehler.
He is survived by: his former wife Antoinette DeSantis; his wife Ann; his children, Donald Koehler (Lisa) and Mary Guy (James); his grandchildren, Andrew Koehler (Raychel) and Lea Lang (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Jackson Lang, Athena Koehler, Allison Lang and Avery Koehler; and his brother Bernard Koehler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Continuing with COVID-19 precautions, all attending will be asked to follow proper social distancing protocol and masks are required.
