She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thompson and Alice Thompson (McFarren). She is survived by: her husband Ray Fortner; her children, Brian Fortner (Susan), Mark Fortner (Donna), Beth Fortner and Craig Fortner (Laura); and her siblings, Dorothy Abraham and David Thompson (Peggy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of the flowers, donations can be made in Nancy's name to the charity of your choice.
