She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gardiner and Ruby Gardiner (Littrell); her sisters, Lois A. Indorf and Della M. Shanower; her niece Gwenn Scott; and her former husband Franklin H. Shanklin.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hunt (John) of Navarre and Lewis Shanklin (Erin) of Navarre; her granddaughters, Amanda Hunt (Josh Carmack), Brenda Brammer (Stetson), Rachel Hunt, Laura Shanklin (Louis Keller) and Rebecca Shanklin; her great grandchild Waylon Brammer; and her brother-in-law Corky Shanower.
Covid protocols including masking remain in effect for the visitation and services.
