He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Homer Hill and Doris Hill; his siblings, Joan, Marilyn (Walker), Charles, Ralph and Kay; and his grandson Aaron James Hill.

He is survived by: his wife Kay (Studer); his daughter Robbin; his son-in-law Ron Selway; his son Dr. Kevin; his daughter-in-law Hope Hill; his grandchildren, John and Betsy Hill; and his sister Barbara Bickley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
