She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Paulus and Vera E. Domer Paulus. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth John Fliger; her son Scott Fliger; her brother Vernon Paulus; and her children, James Sams, Jr., Linda Baumgardner, Jerry Sams and Jack Sams. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
