She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jacobs and Elvira Jacobs (Ertle); her husband Siegfried "Fred" Koehler; and her siblings, Beverly Uhl, Pat DuSheid and Don Jacobs.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie J. Koehler and Jackie Fath; her granddaughters, Allyssa Rentz and Nicole Fath; her great grandchild Carson; her sister Nancy Sorensen; and her brother-in-law Jim Clerkin.
