He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Boring and Clara Belle Boring (Bowser); his wife Claire Boring; and his siblings, Jean Lehman Bennett, Richard, William and Robert Boring.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Standfield (Patrick) of Savannah, Julie Nastoff (Rich) of Navarre and Ruth Jean Basiletti (Harry) of New Philadelphia; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Boring of Alliance. He is also survived by two grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
