He is survived by: his wife Josephine Hayes; his children, Amy Angel (Alan), Jodi Shrock (Ray), Jayne Simard (Dan), Jackie Tynan (Doug) and David Hayes Jr.; his grandchildren, Shane Tully (Tabatha), Danielle Nicewander (Roger), Carol Gaines (Bryan), Jacob Angel, Brooke Sessor, Breanna Simard, Chase Tynan, Colin Tynan, David Matthew Hayes and Jeran Hayes; his great grandchildren, Kaidance, Christian Tully and Avery Nicewander; and his siblings, Doris Elliot of Pennsylvania, Lillian Gallagher of Pennsylvania, Gladys Kaltenbaugh (Lloyd) of Pennsylvania, Kathy Jones (Bill) of Pennsylvania, Shirley German of Ohio and George Hayes of Florida.
