He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Austin and Rosemary Austin (Pyles); his children, Christy and Joey; his granddaughter Georgia Rose Austin; and his sisters, Karla J. Austin and Catherine B. Austin Tritch.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Austin (Moen); his children, Christopher D. Austin of Travelers Rest, Nicole M. Austin of Navarre and Josh Hensel of Canton; his grandsons, Cooper D. Austin and William Yarnell, Jr.; and his sisters, Cynthia Simers (Thomas) of Harleyville and Carol Newcomer (David) of Massillon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
