He is survived by: his wife Mary Merry; his children, Gail Merry (John Glenn), Steve Merry (Vicki) and Tom Merry (Lisa); and his siblings, Cynthia Law (Myron), Bill Merry (Janet), Marilyn Merry and Barbara Tucker (Carlos). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
