With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude J. Lackey (Navarre, Ohio), born in Burkesville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 4, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Lackey and Zula Lackey (Ooten). He is survived by: his wife Norma Lackey (Ammon); his children, Jerry Lackey and Shauna Romans; his granddaughter Michelle Adams (Dan); and his sisters, Betty Hamrick (Brooks) and Jane Hamrick (Delbert). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; 2 great - great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
