She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her daughters, Brianna Hogan Temple, Malin, Ellison and Brittany Erland Hogan; her mother Nancy Lee Havens; her siblings, Cynthia Jane Parry and Donald Havens; her brother-in-law Michael Hogan; and also, Chad and James.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the USO of Northwest Florida.
