He is survived by: his spouse Sally Provost (Whyte); his children, Jeffery Provost (Kelly) of Navarre, Diane Shamp (Eric) of Uniontown and Thomas Provost; his grandchildren, Megan Kenney (Todd) of Canton and Jordan Provost (Alisha) of Navarre; his great grandchildren, Colt, Claire and Cash; and his brothers, Sanley J. Provost III (Karen) and Mark Provost (Mary).
