With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Lou McCartney (Navarre, Ohio), born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on April 12, 2018 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mercer and Mary Louise Mercer; her husband Thomas W. McCartney; and her son-in-law Richard F. Williams. She is survived by: her children, Linda S. Williams of Navarre and Thomas McCartney (Denise) of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Sean McCartney of Wheeling, Brent McCartney of Pittsburgh, James Carrel of Brewster and Jennifer Carrel Knott of Navarre; her great grandchildren, Dakota Carrel and Austin Sterner; and also, Byesville and Betty. She is also survived by her parents and eight brothers and sisters.
