She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Burgett and Velma Burgett (Douglas); her son Matthew Scott Brady; her brother Frank Burgett; and her sister-in-law Brenda Brady.

She is survived by: her husband John W. Brady; her son Jay Brady (Kara) of Nashville; her grandsons, Matthew and Samuel Brady; her siblings, Larry Burgett (Maxine) of Massillon and Carol Towner (Paul) of Millersburg; and her sister-in-law Sharon Burgett of Millersburg.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ohio Hospice LifeCare.
