It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willaim Harry Derwacter of Nashport, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Derwacter and Sara Derwacter (Head); his wife Hazel Derwacter (Mercer); and his half-brother Thomas Bailey. He is survived by: his children, Dave Derwacter (Carol), Jan Shroyer (Don) and Gail Smith; and his cousin James Dunkle of Zanesville. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; his ten great-grandchildren.
