He is survived by: his children, William Manning (Jeannie) of Glenwood and Kimberly Wittman (Manning) of New Lexington; his sisters, Patricia Jerles (Ed) of Newark and Sharon Schlosser of West Lafayette; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Manning and Vicki Manning; and his grandchildren, Crystal Wittman, Amanda Manning, Christopher Holman, Katelyn Holman, Megan Manning, Thomas Wittman, Austin Wittman, Sean Wittman and Dayton Manning.
